Passivation of Brine Chiller and Smoke House at Purefoods Jumbo Manufacturing Plant, Philippines last March 19-20, 2018.

Before the passivation process, our Redox Technical Team always checks and examine the equipment first. Checking all the needed materials and thoroughly inspect and examine all equipment that will be passivated.

They check the water system for any leaks and check the circulation prior to charging system with chemicals. Before they start the cleaning and passivating operation, they ensure the safety of the team and materials needed especially the water hose with running water in the immediate area for emergency first aid use.
