Another project that we have in Eagle Cement Corporation is descaling of their Finish Mill Line 2. Descaling is a process wherein we remove scale from equipment that formed thick layers of oxides. Descaling helps the equipment to improve its efficiency and performance. Periodic descaling of equipment is necessary to inhibit corrosion and improve efficiency.    … Read more »

Pickling is a process done in a metal surface to remove impurities, such as stains, inorganic contaminants, and rust. A solution which contains strong acids is used to remove the surface impurities.
